I love the design and look of the mailbox and the fact that it holds so much mail and it’s locked up for the most part. They say a lock is for an honest man, a thief will find a way in . The mailbox looks fantastic however it is plastic. It is not made of wood as it looks. This is good and bad. The good is it won’t deteriorate in the elements. I have the black and I worry that it will fade over time in the sun. Other than that I’m happy with it

Very attractive! Our mailbox must be placed at the front of our house and this mailbox looks great. It coordinates with our house really well. It is sturdy and so far the color is excellent. I hope it won’t fade or weather too much…I haven’t had it long enough to review that yet. I had a metal mailbox be Vevor and it was terrible. The finish faded very quickly and it wasn’t covered under warranty. This mailbox is amuch better option and a big improvement!

I installed this myself. It took a bit to get the support post (not included) perfect but it didn't take too long. After that the step by step directions for the mailbox itself were good.My favorite feature on this is the option for 'extra storage'... by which you can remove the normal letter shelf to allow packages to drop to a shelf almost at the bottom. The extra storage is accessed by a key lock door on the back of the unit. This is perfect for when you go on vacation and don't want to have the post office stop your mail for a week or so.

I received exactly what I ordered. Assembly was some what easy, the instructions was all step by step photos, no words. I accidentally use the wrong screws in a couple of places but no major problems figuring out my mistakes. It could have been a little less expensive than it was for me, but it did fit the bill of what I wanted so it is a decent value. It is definitely an upgrade to the curb appeal. My place is still a work in progress.
