It is really a shame so little care was taken in the assembly of the wooden handle. The wood portion was chipped and scratched and would NOT lock onto the pan tight enough to keep from falling off.

Still haven’t figured out how to attach the handle but it hasn’t interfered with anything - I made little banana bread bites and love the crusty outside. What’s next - brownies, chocolate chip cookies, mini muffins the list is endless

Overall pretty good. My only problem with it was that it was a bit wobbly on my stove too. Took a little bit of time to try to balance it and even then sometimes slight movement made it fall over. Also I’m unsure if this is user error, but the middle sphere seemed to be a lot hotter (cooked quicker) than the rest so I ended up not using it.

I have used in 4-5 times after my purchase and it is going good so far. Easy to cook, even heating(I am using on flat cooktop). Easy to scrap of the residue once its cold.Ball Size is little big but it can be adjusted by putting less quantity.Overall good quality and performing well.

I grew up having homemade Aebleskivers, and wanted to keep the tradition alive with my family. While I have my grandma's cast iron pan, I wanted to get another to make more at once. This pan is easy to use, perfect for Aebleskivers, cleans easily- has not rusted if I dry immediately and lightly oil (olive oil). It is a great weight (heavy), nice size and I like the removable handle. It came with the bamboo turners and a recipe booklet that includes potato pancakes balls, which is something else we wanted to try. Everything you need and great functionality.

This pan is perfect for making aebleskivers and other treats. I have tried a couple of other brands and they haven’t worked as well. They cook evenly and don’t stick. It also cleans easily and is great quality. My grandmother was from Sweden and had a pan very similar to this.

I like that the handle is easily attached/removed for storage. I use a gas stove top, so the shaped undersurface is hard to balance on the burner grates. I have resolved this issue by using a flat cast iron grill pan under the ebleskiver. With this set-up, after allowing extra heating time, the temperature stays more consistent.

So so cool and I've always wanted one! It's cast iron and surprisingly well seasoned and non stick (still use butter or cooking oil, though). So far, after only a few days, I have made pancake balls, oven top biscuits, shrimp balls😀, and even an egg! The options are limitless if you think outside of the box. The removable handle makes it easy to store and put away. A definite usefull piece of gear to add to my huge kitchen collection and it will be used for many years to come.👍
