It’s great for tea cakes and looks very nice. I’d say quality is good for the price, especially because you get two-in-one. Glad I settled on this over other choices on Amazon for pressed tea.

This ice pick is a great tool for when you need to break the ice up to get some drinks added to the mix. Highly recommend for good quality and price.

I got this for tea, and it's a very pretty pick and feels very heavy for the size in a good way. It's hard to tell from the photoshopped pictures, but this is really only about the size of a standard pen or pencil which is fine. The caps are thick and feel very secure when screwed in. The pattern in them is etched in and smooth. The body appears to be real wood and is super smooth. I like how there's two ends, the wide flat end is very nice for separating tea cakes.Overall this is a really fancy pick, great value looks amazing. I love it! Definitely recommended!

An ice pick is something you should always have on hand - just ask Sharon Stone. This is a really nice one that belies its function when in the drawer.I like that, when you’re using it, the closed end has a nice flat butt that you can put your thumb over to help direct your stabbing. Er.. picking. Two minor drawbacks. First, when both ends are closed, there are no indications as to which side is which, so you have to take the time to unscrew one end and hope you got it right. Which leads to the second problem: it takes a bit to unscrew the caps. As such, it’s definitely not the right tool to hide under your pillow for emergencies - by the time you unscrew one end they’re onto you. Clip on caps might’ve been a better idea.

I walk/run early mornings. I had been in search of an ice pick with a cover. This fits the bill. It is well made and very sturdy. Both points are very sharp. It is small of enough to carry in my pocket or in my belt bag. I feel much more secure with it on me daily as you just never know. I am very impressed with the quality of the item. I love that this item is versatile and functional as it can be used in many different ways.

We're not using it as an ice pick. We're getting it to break tea cakes. We like the fact that it has two different tips so that depending on what issues we encounter with the tea cake, we use the different end of the tip to break it. Although the tool looks small, it was able to accomplish the task easily. Although we haven't tried it on a very hard pressed tea cake. For the very compressed tea cake, we probably using a bigger knife For the price of the tool, it is well worth the money so we're giving it a 5 star. If the price were higher, we would have only give it a 4 star.

Really pleased with the quality and functionality of this ice pick and it looks cool. I bought it after attending a recent event with my handy mobile bartending kit and finding the bag of ice for drinks frozen into unusable clumps. Sure, you can bang the bag on the counter but it’s risky and crushes the ice, sometimes to the point of turning it into power. This ice pick, with two different style points, can make short work of icebergs. Love the stylish brass covers. Adding this to my bartending kit and considering getting one for home, too.

Turns out I did! This is a very handy tool. I will confess that the one thing that I ~haven't~ done with it is pick ice. I've used it to help take apart a faulty electronic salt grinder. I've used it to help remove the caulking from around the kitchen sink. I've used it to pry out a microscopic lego piece that someone wedged into ridiculously tight spot. Perhaps someday my ice will need attention. Until then, I'll keep using this stylish little tool for whatever comes along.
