This pair of ice picks is very well made and looks expensive. The wooden handles and covers are smooth with a polished finish. One is dark brown and the other is a lighter reddish brown. The metal band in the middle is polished gold and aligns perfectly when the cap is screwed onto the pick. It really is hard to see where the two metal pieces come together. The pick is sturdy and effective with a handle that is nonslip and comfortable. Overall, a well machined, precisely assembled set of ice picks at a very reasonable cost.

This pair of ice picks are very well made. The handles are firmly mounted onto the spikes and I love the screw together cover. These picks are perfect for chipping your own ice off of a block. It is a lost skill as most people use cubed ice now days. These are very sturdy and are easy to use, Cracked ice makes a cocktail better in my opinion.
