Both the scoop and mallet are great quality. I was very impressed. The mallet was a lot bigger than expected but still worked for what I needed it for.

Love it, it's a bit strenuous to bang up a bunch of ice but crushed ice makers are expensive and this works great for my smoothies

The Lewis Bag and mallet crusher with reusable canvas bag is reliable and easy to clean. Having used machine’s previously that needed excessive cleaning and only lasted months this is a great alternative.Simple to use and easy to clean. No more broken machines, no more tedious cleaning. I understand why Bar staff prefer using this. The ice can be as fine or thick as you choose. Just wish l had discovered this years ago. I would have saved on electricity, broken machines and endless cleaning. Certainly worth the money.

It does what it is supposed to do...and a bit extra. Sometimes the bowl on my stand mixer gets locked too tight. Tap, tap with the mallet and it comes loose with no damage.
