Its an XO shifter... Ofcourse this thing rocks. I have this shifter on both my bikes. My 2016 stumpy has had it for a long time. Last april got a surly Wednesday 10 speed sram. I thought stock for a primarily cruising lazy ride bike would be ok. Put one of these on it with in a month. Once you have a fast shifter you will not tolerate anything less. Drop 10 gears with 2 full pushs right now!!!DONEIF YOU HAVE A 10 SPEED YOU WANT THIS.Other benefits.-Easier to work with with cable changing.-Harder to break. (Leave the tension screw loose enough to give if pushed super hard.)This has saved not only the part but my thumb and wrist if things get squirrelly.Point is if its a 10 speed sram it needs this on it

I bought this shifter to go with my new SRAM X0 Type 2.1 10 Speed Rear Derailleur and it works outstanding. The two X0 units are as good as you can get as far as i'm concerned.

Only had it on a few weeks but it shifts smooth so far. I like it much better than the twist shift I had on.

Replaced an X7 with this X0. Added the X0 derailleur as well. Very smooth and responsive. Installed and set up myself. Love it!
