Bought to replace dying SRAM trigger jobs. I cannot adjust to cover whole nine gear range of the (SRAM) cassette. It is a choice of losing the two highest or two lowest gears. If there is a limitation, it doesn't appear in the (frankly uninformative) SRAM website. Disappointing

I'm in a wheelchair and use these on my handcycle. I prefer the twist grip to trigger shift and these are pretty much the only decent 9 speed shifter that works with a shimano derailleur.

These did not work with the SRAM derailleurs I have on my bike I think the shift ratio is wrong. So I sent them back.

現行で使用しているトリガーの置き換えです。最近のＭＴＢはフロントシングル、リア11～12段でホイールも29インチになってしまい。フロントトリプルの以前のＭＴＢでも使える物がなくなっています。現行で使用しているトリガーのクリック感がいまいちになってきましたので,アマゾンで取り扱っているのを見つけ購入しました。シマノ製の方が正確に変速するのですが、スラムのグリップシフトの方が感覚的に合うので！

If you have a Shimano rear derailleur this grip shifter is great if you don’t like rapid shifters like me. I don’t think that Shimano makes a grip shift.

I got these to make shifting a 1x9 road bike conversion happen the way I wanted - one continuous range of ratios from a single control. All the numbers worked out fine - tooth counts on the cogs of my cassette gave the same range as the previous 2x7 setup. Even after dealing with conversion from friction shifters to click shifters and getting the cable stops correct, it was still not shifting properly. Turned out to be the dreaded SRAM to Shimano subtle incompatibility. Shimano cassette plus Shimano derailleur plus SRAM rotary shifter leads to ragged shifting. Do yourself a favor and get them coordinated better than I did. Not a horribly expensive mistake, but one that I would like to have avoided. Was this a nice shifter? - it sure was, in every way except that lack of sync. Boy, did I want this to work the way I imagined. Sigh.
