The first time you use it you will feel weird. after that you look forward to it. the go is much easier to do and really does make you feel fully relieved. I bought it for my wife as she wanted it and thought I would try it to see what it was like. I am very glad I did. we both use it every day now.

As someone who has had difficulty going #2 my entire life the squatty potty is a game changer!I suffer from IBS constipation and have had many unpleasant experiences trying to pass a bowel movement.With the squatty potty I have been able to quickly and efficiently go with little to no pain or discomfort. My hemroids are even getting better!I notice I spent less time on the toilet so my legs don't do numb & tingle when I get off!I would absolutely recommend this to a friend!

The stool is height adjustable with two main pieces that arrived rubber banded together. The rubber band ended up damaging it (which sucks), but functionally it's still okay. The grippies on the bottom were falling off when it arrived, but luckily none of them were missing. Once I got the stool setup, I didn't have any issues with them. I like that this stool can work for multiple toilet heights (or just allow you to poop at a level you're comfortable with lol) and that if you aren't using it at max height the top bit can be stored under the main one. There are little nooks and crannies making this stool not the easiest to clean, but it also isn't the worst. Overall, I'd consider rebuying if I had to.

Does the job! It works great and I'm pleased with the product. They ship the extension inside of the main body, you have to wiggle it a little bit to get it out, but no big deal.Edit: I've had it for several months and I'm very pleased. It was a little uncomfortable at first (mostly adjusting to the position), but there was noticeable improvement in my ability to pass stools. Now, it feels strange sitting 'normal' on the toilet.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for something to ease their toilet experience. If you aren't sure, try it out with a step stool or a sturdy box of similar height. I like this item in particular because it can tuck under my toilet and has the different height options, but those aren't necessary to 'squat on the toilet'.

Firstly, this is a great product. Strong, sturdy and does exactly what you'd expect. Ergonomics work a treat too. Secondly, and more importantly, there was an initial error in shipping - I received only the base part. Have to say, that the after sales support was outstanding. Not only did I receive an extremely prompt reply, but the missing part was shipped straight after. Great supplier to deal with. Thanks again for your great after sales service.
