I wanted to love this stool. Its very pretty but it is completely unstable. The screws don't tighten all the way and it tips over at the slightest weight.

Despite the eye rolls from my partner, I enjoy calling this the stool stool; lab workers gotta get their kicks somewhere. Western toilets and their 90° sitting position are not ergonomic for the human body's natural toileting position, and causes excessive straining. Much like your dog, we're meant to squat. This stool raises your legs to emulate a squatting position with a Western toilet, aligning your bowels and reducing the effort it takes to drop a number two.The stool top is a lovely, warm-toned bamboo that assembles easily with two black, square legs for a modern look. The semi-circle cutout allows you push it against the base of the toilet when not in use, which lets it work even in small, narrow bathrooms.

This is a nice stool and a really good size. There’s plenty of room for your feet. This doesn’t fold so if you don’t want it in place all the time you will need a little more space to tuck it out of the way. It’s light enough to move it around in spite of it not folding. It was easy to assemble, just four screws to put the two leg brackets on and after that it included four rubber sticky pads to cover the screws and make it non-slip. It works great and gets the job done.

We bought this stool to help with our toddler being able to use the toilet independently. It is a great addition to our bathroom and she loves doing things on her own. The only downfall we’ve had is the sturdiness of it. Sometimes she gets on us and it tips towards one direction and she wobbles and sometimes falls. Other than that it is a great stool for the price.

Maybe because of my kids annoying me and my need to hide, but I was spending 20 minutes in the bathroom 3-4 times a day prior to owning this stool. Now, I don't have much excuse to go in there as I just don't feel like I need to go as often. It's all coming out in the 1 visit, maybe on days after that special dinner, a 2nd visit, but there's not a 3rd or 4th visit. Now I either have to engage with my children, or come up with a better excuse, or start to lie.

I really thought this would be in the way and would have to constantly be moved but it sits perfectly up against the front of the toilet. I got this mostly because of my 5 year old who can't touch the floor while sitting on the potty. Her stool was always in the way in our small bathroom. It had a little wobble when I first assembled it but my husband tightened it up and now it's sturdy.
