My son and I use this ladder indoors and outdoors. Anchors well outdoors in to the grass. The ladder is good quality and a great way to workout and increase your agility.

I really love the agility ladder. I bought this for myself because it's something I use in the gym with my trainer, and it's so much more fun than the treadmill. Because I like it so much I thought my friends would love it too, but for the life of me I can't get even one of my adult friends to try it. But, my 5 year old neighbor and I are having a great time working out together. So good for adults and kids!

Price is awesome. Got this to work on speed and teach my son agility drills. We used it mainly indoors bit my husband has used outdoors on tennis court to teach drills for his tennis classes this summer. No signs of wear with our usage. Comes with a carrying case and those sticks you can used to hammer in to the grass.

Nice product, has a storage bag, quick reference drills guide and stakes to secure ladder in place. Build quality seems good. I just wanted a speed ladder for my kids to use in between practices and in the off season and this should work out well. Will update if any flaws should arise

I would like to give this a 4.5 star, but I can't do half, so I am rounding down. Love this ladder. The ONLY flaw I saw was I wished it had 5 or 6 stakes instead of 4 to keep it totally laying flat. It's well made and the rungs are spaced apart well.Room bag for it and everything is easily foldable. Stakes easily go into the ground (as long as it's not too hard) without any tools. You can use your hands if the ground is soft enough or your foot to put the stakes in. This 15' ladder is a perfect length for me. 30' would have been too long.Came in a huge box, but that's okay. Really a great little ladder and I can do many exercises with it. It came with a small instructions and exercise booklet, but I can think of plenty of exercises without it.

I needed a speed ladder to work on my lateral quick which has been lacking on the basketball court. The cards and videos are great. The ladder is built well.
