The items are good. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because in the picture the parachute seems to have an adjustable strap. But, when I got it, it’s only Velcro. A bit misleading ☹️

This workout set is perfect for soccer training! My favorites are the cone things and the drag parachute! I think the ground ladder for foot work is a little cheap, but it's not bad. The storage bags for everything are also super helpful, as we tend to lose items in our household. This keeps them nicely organized and ready to grab and to go when it's time to train! The drag from the parachute, in my opinion, is really good. And this could be used for football training because of the footwork aspects, as well as for running because of the parachute drag for training! Overall, I like this kit. It's definitely versatile.

I work out with some friends and we rotate on who leads the group. I now incorporate the cones and speed ladder into my workouts. The speed ladder is nice because it creates thought and coordination and not just running alone. This is good because I will jump rope, run through the ladder and then jumping jacks. This keeps the heart rate up. The cones aren't super tall, but nice to mark out a workout station or area to go to.

I ordered this Agility Ladder and Training set to help my teenage sons train to gain an edge. The set is fairly basic in terms of materials and design, its affordability makes it a great enhance their fitness routine without breaking the bank.The set's simplicity doesn't detract from its effectiveness. The agility ladder, a staple in speed and coordination training, offers a variety of workout possibilities. They’ve been trying out different drills and games to challenge each other. The best though is watching them just have fun running with the drag chute.While the materials may not be top-of-the-line, if you're looking for an affordable way to kickstart a speed training routine this Agility Ladder and Training Set is a solid choice. Very highly recommended training set, great for high endurance workouts as well, great for an array of ages from children to adults! All the pieces and components are high quality and very durable! The parachute belt is adjustable for all sizes and works really well! We use these for soccer and football training both, they help with foot work, agility, speed, and ball work for soccer! All of the pieces come in a storage bag and all fit back in there really well too for storage, traveling to and from practice as well. Great value and a great tool!

The agility ladder is made of quality materials and pretty large. The parachute is made of a very good quality fabric and should last. Cones are pretty large. The set also includes spikes to anchor the ladder. Entire set comes in a bag. Overall, I think this is a very good speed/agility set for a good price. I am very satisfied.
