I have tried three types some are fairly costly. This was by far the best n relatively cheap. It has consistently smooth and speedy movement. For me it's easy to give this a 5 star rating.

Nice item the swivel bearing appears to be sealed works well ,the shaft that goes through it with the cotter pin I put a little bit of grease on it then wiped off any excess ,it's very fast I don't see anything negative about it. The reason I bought this item is because I had the ball and hook set up, which seemed to go all over the place with me, it was probably all my fault but I do like this set up better. Take it for what it's worth. If you're old like I am 68 years old this is a pretty good exercise, it'll wear you out in about 4 minutes, but I guess that's what it should to do.
