All I had hoped for easy cleaning, no smoke concept and water bath to collect drippings saves the day, great for roasting stone fruit (peaches). Or summer vegetables from farm stands or gardens.

I like that it’s smokeless. Tip: if you line the drip pan with foil and cut the foil out where the drip holes are it’s easier to clean. Be sure to put water in the water pan so the grill won’t smoke.Even my husband who is very hard to please on home cooked food likes food cooked on this. It’s a win.

It’s quick to cook but the steaks don’t have that grilled look to them. Great when it’s raining or during cold winter days.

This cooks evenly and with no smoke. I cook meat vegetables and even homemade pizza on it. Very simple to assemble and take about and clean.

When using this grill and following the instructions, the steaks and chops and burgers are juicy, moist, and perfect grill char marks. Love it, got my Dad one for Christmas
