Have owned this for four months. I use it in my kitchen to grill rib eye steaks in cold weather. Good stuff: Grilling results are as good as my gas BBQ. The removeable parts are easy to clean. Keeps smoke out of my kitchen. Still looks like new. Not so good stuff: Cannot adjust height of grill. After a few uses, the smokeless fan function, began to make noise while operating. Grease gets into the fan area and there is no access to the area to clean it. The paint on the inside walls of the plastic housing, has melted away. Conclusion: My concern is that the grill may not last long. But I'm hoping that it does for the sake of all the Good Stuff.

I bought this for an early Christmas present for my cousin. She is by herself and does want an outdoor grill. I gave it to her earlier and she was so appreciative. The size was perfect, great value for money, very sturdy and put together well. Heated perfectly and very easy to clean

What an amazing Smokeless Grill. It is easy to use and your food tums out cooked perfectly. From grilled chicken breast, tilapia, pork chops, burgers, Italian sausages and bacon, yes, bacon, and you will love how your food tastes.This grill consistently cook's food evenly. And the built-in fan stops the grill from smoking. I use it several times a week and I have never seen any smoke. Smokeless means absolutely smokeless.And it cleans up extremely well. No sticking food at all. I give it a 10 out of 10 Stars!

It worked very well; however, we cooked on it just once, and the result was great. Though cooking time was a bit long, we liked it. Then, as recently as we received this order, my partner got a new job offer that required us to relocate to another country stat, and only allowed us to bring only very limited home goods, which we can fit in 2 large suitcases, so we’d hate to have to leave this behind in a storage for some years. Cleaned it nicely & returned it in perfect good new mint condition; looks as if unused. Thank you & sad it let it go.

This is a fantastic indoor grill. Very easy to use, pretty much smokeless and super easy to clean. I had an old indoor grill but rarely used it because it was such a pain to clean. This one is very easy to clean and it gets hot enough to cook properly - to actually grill meat. It's perfectly safe to touch on the outside so I don't have to worry about someone burning themselves. I'm really very happy with this.

Great grill for indoors. When the fan is on, there is no visible smoke. I couldn't even smell the food cooking. Clean up is super easy. Just put all the components in the dish washer. I didn't even rinse them first and they come out clean and ready to reassemble. Four stars because it cooks slow, especially in thicker meats.
