I got this grill for at-home Korean BBQ nights, and it’s been a fun addition to my kitchen. The dual heating design means I can cook different foods at the same time—meat on one side, veggies on the other—which is a nice touch. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup a breeze.That said, while it reduces smoke, it’s not completely smokeless. If you’re cooking fatty meats, you’ll still get some smoke, especially if you don’t drain the grease often. I use it under my range hood or with a fan nearby, and that helps a lot

It does not cook food any faster than on a grill, but it's awesome! It requires hardly any setup, so you can get cooking quickly. The cooking area is small, so It's convenient for a small family. It is not messy and cleaning the grill is quick and easy. I've really enjoyed cooking on it.

We cooked pork belly and really loved this grill! It’s smokeless, less odor in the house, no oil splashing, fast cooking, easy to use and clean. Make sure to pre-heat as instructed and check if both heats are on. Impressive!

I've only tried it with pork belly so far. It is smokeless, BUT it is not odorless so the room will still smell like pork belly after. It does significantly lessen oil splatter overall but it does not stop big splatters.My dissatisfaction mainly comes from CARESYS customer service. The upper heat grills AND the aluminum plate behind the grills both have brown discoloration and brown spots all over after just ONE use. In order to wipe the plate behind the grills, you'd have to unscrew the top which has small triangle screws which a regular screwdriver cannot open.However when I reached out to CARESYS customer service about the grills having brown discoloration spots just after one use and asked if I can clean it, they told me that "If you choose to disassemble and clean the device, please be aware that any issues caused afterward will not be covered under warranty."I also responded to CARESYS customer service asking if it's normal that they turned brown even after just ONE use and they never got back to me and it's been a week.I would save your money.
