the spools did not fit my machine so I did as another reviewer did I transferred the ribbon to my old metal spools. yep, that is a messy job but for the price & having bright clear type again it was worth the the blackened fingers. I only use the type writer to complete forms not gotten online, so that is not not often but needed when needed.

This is exactly what I needed. I switched out the ribbon onto my typewriter’s original spool just because I wanted it that way. These spools were a tad bit smaller but it worked anyway but I just wanted the original metal spools to keep that vintage feel. Great product and quick delivery. Thank you!

Said it fits most typewriters, but didn't fit mine. Had to rewind the ribbon onto the old reels.

The product itself worked great. It fit in my typewriter perfectly and the ink was decent quality. The packaging was a little disappointing and the bag had ink on it from the spool being jostled.
