Loaded up the new roll with high hopes. First time using the brand. they were a lot cheaper (man look at the money im gonna save) Stuck the roll in loaded it all up, ready to print labels for my new products. Print. it printed a label, then malfunction, pushed reset, printed nothing, then malfunction, pushed reset, printed same label it had printed before. I pushed reset probably 30 times and got about 10 labels that were the same label. (never had this problem in the 12 years printing labels ) Request a refund. product sat for 3 days as i waited for new ribbon.

No matter which roll I use there's always missing print. It makes it look ugly and unprofessional. Do not buy. They are probably rejects.
