Product works exactly as advertised. The seller proactively followed up after the order to check whether I needed assistance or advice with installing the ribbon. This can be tricky, so the follow-up contact was appreciated. I don't remember anymore if this was free service, but I didn't need it anyway. It was a nice touch regardless.

I bought this for my typewriter since it's older and it's ink is no good anymore, it fit into the typewriter well and works really well. Its not terribly expensive for what it is, but you also can't find it anywhere else other than online shopping. Good product.
