Good product, but was spooled backward for my EL-2196BL, full spool was on the wrong side. I just respooled it and it worked great

Bought this one for my calculator It says it fits my machine and it does.Best of all, it prints dark enough to actually read the tape.

I had to retract my previous review since over the last 3 months of use things went really bad. The ribbon started out great. Then a month later the red ink started to merge with black on the calculator tape. I could live with that. Fast forward 1 more month and the whole entire ribbon has migrated into gear assembly and has the machine froze from printing because it's winded itself into territory it should never have gone. Do not try and save the money, it's not worth the risk to your equipment. Always remember if it looks to good to be true on Amazon, it probably is. Take a hard lesson from me.

I have ordered from this vendor before. Both times the product was exactly what they said it was. Fit my calculator at work. The price was good for (3) replacement ribbons. Many vendors charged much more for just one. Just received this order, but the ones I bought last time worked fine, were easy to read, and lasted a respectable amount of time. The order was well packed and delivered earlier than expected.

I have an old Sharp 12 Digit 2 Color adding machine. I could use the display to see totals or the paper rolls that shows the printed out totals. I thought that maybe these ribbons would be obsolete but to my surprise they're still out here and available for purchase without searching all over the internet to find them. I am so pleased since my old ribbon was printing out very faint images, not so easy on the eyes. They were very inexpensive for a set of three and its dual ink. Big thumbs up for me.

Best quality ribbons I have purchased in a very long time. As an accountant I use my Sharp calculator daily but it's not so easy to find the ribbon spools. These are nice and fresh and the imprint is amazing.
