When I chose this item, I contemplated on making smash burgers. This is light weight and works well for people who have arthritis in their hand. Quality is good. Easy to clean. Not costly.

Nice presses for my purposes. I’ve used the square one for a grilled sandwich in a pan. The round one for a burger. It seems to give me more uniform cooking on both a sandwich and a burger patty. They are for home use and not like a heavy cast iron press used at restaurants. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

The meat presser actually surprised me it was really big like perfect size made wonderful smash burgers the price was great it was very strong and sturdy easy to use great quality and quantity will purchase again
