I selected this burger press as LEM products are very high quality. This press worked like a charm. All patties had the same diameter and thickness. The patties held together on the grill very well. I did use patty paper top and bottom while pressing them. All my burger meat was venison.

It made quick work of making a large amount of patties. It was easy to use and clean. Very well made, I am very pleased with this.

This is a low budget way to make perfect patties every time. Had this burger press for at least 5 years, and you can make consistent patties time after time. Awesome deal! I highly recommend.

Makes perfect patties , I recommend using wax paper squares with it. Pretty much dummy proof, so if you’re not bright you’ll have no issues here.

I had high hopes for this product. It is without question Chinese quality and not dishwasher safe. It is made if cheap aluminum and a very thin non-stick coating.I have returned it.

no problem using it. It takes a little effort to set the thickness of the patty you want and cleaning requires taking it apart. I used a sheet of parchment on top to avoid getting meat in the opening of the top plate and the enclosure. This actually helps when freezing more than i patty in the same freezer bag.

Sin duda una buena ayuda en la cocina ya que todas las hamburguesas tienen el mismo tamaño y grosor que tú elijas

Much easier than I thought to make burger patties. Easy to adjust for thickness. Be sure you order the patty sheets from LEM to use with it. They are actually cheap since you get 1,000 in a box. Using the sheets on the bottom and top of the burgers not only keeps them from sticking to the press, but they go into your storage bags as separators. After freezing they will separate easily. The two make life much easier f you make more than a few patties at a time.

Estaría mejor que el plato interior estuviera a 1 a 2 mm de roce con el molde para impedir que lo prensado no suba por ahí en todo lo demás muy bien

Maybe you can only get uniformly pressed ones from the factories

Forming a burger is not rocket science but I found this unit to be well made and sturdy and to do exactly as described. I would advise using the separator sheets on both top and bottom to avoid sticking to either surface – this also makes cleanup a breeze.I do weigh out my balls of hamburger to get them all the same weight prior to forming as this allows a single thickness setting to make a consistent finished product. After weighing, place separator sheet on the bottom of the unit, a ball of burger in the middle, a separator sheet on top and flatten the ball a bit. This centers everything nicely and then bring the top of the unit down and press. A little trial and error on the thickness setting for the first couple and you are ready to make burgers.

This works. It gets the job done and makes nice consistent patties and has a wide range of adjustment for thin or extra thick patties. Do not expect no sticking in any of these presses, you pretty much must use paper squares top and bottom. Now for the bad. It feels really cheap and has rough edges from casting. It feels like cheap pot metal. Rough cast threads too. The non-stick coating is more like gray enamel paint. It doesn't matter though because you are going to use a square of paper top and bottom. After just one washing and drying by hand, the burger surfaces were forming a white metal oxide the next day. We've never had a water problem here, it's as mineral free as it comes. So I blame it on the low quality metal and coating. It might be prudent to wipe this down with a drop of cooking oil so there is no oxide to clean off for next use.
