Looks like a good product, the original pkg can be used for storage in your truck is iffy at best for me a little storage bag would’ve been better. But absolutely no product complaint.

Use them to tie 2 extendable aluminum plancs on too of my truc. The crank system is the best bot straps could be little bit more upgraded

I guess smart straps is a good name because they definitely put some nice little thoughtful touches to make these a step above the rest. Like velcro straps attached to the ends to keep the end of the straps wrapped up and loops for you to run the hooks through when strapping to the crossbars. The ratchets themselves seem pretty nice and durable and they work without sticking like some when trying to release.

First off, I know how to use ratchet straps. I own several sets of them and use all the time. These are the worst ratchet straps I’ve ever bought. I fought with this thing under my truck to released the tension and finally cut them off and threw them out! Put on a different set of straps and had NO problems. You get what you pay for.
