How to use:
- Secure the carabiner which with a pulley in a firm location..
- Use another carabiner in the other end of rope to hang your product.
- Adjust lighting fixture upward by pulling the rope which without the carabiner.
- Adjust lighting fixture downward by pushing the position lever which embedded in the pulley, and then pulling the rope which with the carabiner.

Worked as intended & performs well. Simple & straight forward. I would by one size up next round as my fingers are a bit large for this size pulley. Notwithstanding the pulleys worked grat & solved a nasty problem that needed fixing.
