If your cable housing is damaged or you are upgrading from 1X to 2X as I am, you will need to buy a cable housing. They're only 10 or $12 but just a heads up so you can buy them both at the same time or keep shopping until you find one that comes with the complete cable and housing. Have fun.

I was actually quite nervous buying bike parts from Amazon just not knowing if the quality is safe to ride with. Well this just proved me wrong. Got this a lot faster than ordering from our vendor in the shop which I got for my bike. So far I haven’t had any problems..knock on wood. Hope to keep it that way!
