Worked perfectly fine to replace stripped out plastic gears on a 12428.

Came with everything shown but no instructions so I had to learn on the fly where the two tiny grub screws went. Metal gear is definitely weightier than nylon one and may have some affect on the performance though I haven't been able to really test it much.
