I have 5 or 6 round teacher stamps in my room. After a student finished their work, I give it a quick glance and if they don't need to fix anything, they choose a stamp and get to stamp their own paper. They love it! This one is alternately called the "black" stamp (because it is the only one that is black on the outside) or the "purple" stamp (because the smiley face is a magenta-purple color). It is a favorite for many of my students, and so far has stood up to them using.

Ink took a little while to kick in, but the design on the stamphead is crisp and clear cut. Very erasy push mechanism to imprint the stamp onto your item of choice. Small and compact, very easy to store. Worth it for the price.

This is a great product. It is easy to use and the design looks as I expected it to. The ink isn’t very bright but I do like that it doesn’t smear. The ink itself is fast drying.

Tried adding a couple of drops of water like other reviewers suggested but it’s still a very faint orange. The fine details and lines of the stamp work against it because you can barely see it.

The Veltec Self-Inking Thumbs Up Stamp for Classrooms is a great product! It is compact and mess-free. The image is clear and the impression prints well each time, as long as you are not racing through. The image of the stamp I received IS different (see photo 1) than the one pictured in the product description, but I like this image even better. It has a kid-friendly flair to it.The stamp is easy to use and works smoothly. The stamp ink tray is easy to refill. I appreciate the cover prolonging ink life and preventing inadvertent stamping.I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to others. At this economical price, I will likely buy other images as well.

I use this as an accounting stamp for when I immediately record my client payments: thumbs up paid, thumbs down unpaid. The stamp has heavy-duty mechanisms, a single-sided refillable self-inking pad, and a cover to prevent it from drying out. It’s compact and easy to store. It seems durable. It’s a good addition for those that like to use symbols on their paperwork: thumbs up and thumbs down are universal. It’s much better quality than I expected for the price.
