The previous owners of our house apparently forgot to let everyone know they moved. We get a LOT of mail for them. I got tired of writing this out by hand. Stamp works great. Ironically, when I ordered it, it apparently got delivered to the wrong address! They immediately shipped a replacement. The ink is bold and stands out, what more is there is to say?

I have a rental and there was eleven people using the address, more than 50 pieces of mail to send back and this made it a breeze. It seems to be made of high quality materials and the ink seems to be durable and quick drying. The size is comfortable to hold, the lettering was easy to read. This product was priced affordably and it had a clean design.

sometimes you may still get the pass occupants mail in your mail box and for some reason the still come. this little guy has a well respected message to help ease your irritation and help the post office to understand that this mail does not belong to you. we had tried going to the post office to get some answers about why a certain occupant mail kept coming and the answer was we can't do much until the individuals change their address and then a mail person from a different company let us know about this little stamp. its easy to carry and execute and the problem legally becomes the return to sender. you legally did not interfere with mail in transit and you returned legally to whomever it may concern,. must have .
