Drill chuck is slightly smaller than it should be. It works, however, you must be careful when tightening the drill bit.

Got this because I had a 3/8 hex bit and wanted to use it with my hammer drill that only takes sds bits. it works great and is a heavy duty adapter that will take up to 1/2 inch bit. Very good value.

This chuck allows a hammer drill with SDS bit capacity to use any size bit . It increases the versatility of the drill dramatically.

Right away the t-bar broke off the chuck key. The key is also very soft metal The holes in the chuck where the key goes in started to oblong. The teeth started deforming and was almost useless by the time I got the first job done. I could never keep the chuck tight either. Had to constantly re-tighten. Seller gave me my money back.
