Scotch-Brite Precision Surface Conditioning Discs provide a fast cut and long life, while heavy duty, nonwoven fibre construction delivers consistent performance without altering the workpiece. The grade range has been expanded to include Fine and Extra Coarse offerings, making these discs versatile enough to use across multiple aggressive prep and refinement jobs. Yea these are the size of dimes. The screw parts basically the same size as surface area of pad. Does it clearly state that In the listing? Maybe I'm not gonna go back and check. But yea can't see who would ever need these
