This Salad Bowl is a real find, since it has numerous uses beyond salad. The metal is hammered, and thinner, keeping it lightweight and easy to handle. I love how wide to opening is, so from a design standpoint, it is perfect for tossing and serving. The metal will keep it cold, if you make your salad ahead of time, and the depth and shape is perfect. I plan on using this bowl beyond the obvious because it's so attractive and should be displayed. I'm not a fan of the thin utensils that come with it, though they do match well. We prefer a thicker handle on utensils to accommodate aging hand issues. Not a deal breaker at all, just a personal preference. I think that $40 (approx) is a fair price for a nicer serving piece and could easily be a lovely gift! Great design and construction! 5 STARS

Firstly, the item is too light; it doesn't justify it's price. Second, it's not copper. Although being said copper, the outer color is copper, and the interior is a stainless steel shine. Provided large spoons and forks are large in size but lack proper cuts and finishes and are not thick and sturdy.

Get it for the bowl, the utensils are coppery toned but not hammered coppery like the bowl. The bowl is beautiful it is the perfect weight for daily or dinner party. I'm not super thrilled about the finish on the utensils, but otherwise this is my new salad joy

WOW, can't say how stunning this salad bowl is, almost too fancy for everyday. This would be a great party centerpiece (or holiday) where you would put anything from punch, salad, mashed potatoes or even fresh fruit in it. This is an all purpose bowl with many uses. The thickness is nice and the utensils match the bowl for a perfect serving set. Size is spot on for a larger crowd of people, much too big if you are only serving a few people, but great fr a larger group or a pot luck. It is very durable, I am sure I could drop it with no damage. It is a decent value for the money.
