This fits perfectly on my kitchen sink, the rubber is nice and sturdy. I've only had it installed about a month and it's still pretty sturdy, but not too hard that things won't fall through. Good price too.

My garbage disposal came without a splash guard, so I ordered this one to add to my disposal. This splash guard fits well and I really like that I can remove it to clean it. In my prior home, the splash guard didn't come out and it was impossible to clean it thoroughly. The underside was disgusting and would smell on occasion. This one is completely removable so I can thoroughly clean all sides of the splash guard. It's also heavy duty and keeps things from falling into the disposal by accident, yet allows food through easily. It does tilt sometimes if the water pressure is too hard, but it does an excellent job preventing any backsplash while the disposal is running. I recommend this garbage disposal splash guard!

The splash guard on my 4 year old GE garbage disposal was getting pretty beat up and nasty in spite of being cleaned fairly regularly. This new guard was easy to slide into place and I think it is a superior design. Pushing down on the flaps with a wooden spoon causes it to open up nicely to accept larger chunks of food waste.

I got this in part to replace an older splash guard that did not drain well. I'm glad I didn't throw the old one out before testing this new one. It drains even slower due to allowing a bubble to form underneath it that basically locks out the water from coming down into the disposal chamber. At least with the old one we could turn on the disposal and it would create enough suction that it would break the bubble "lock" and suck the water down into the disposal from the sink. That doesn't even work with this one. I removed it within 24 hours and put the old one back in temporarily while I went to the home improvement store and purchased another one.

A few days ago the 3-1/8” baffle on our Waste King 2600 popped out of the drain as I ran the disposal. This new one was almost as easy to pop in. No tools, just stick it in there and you're done. Easy fix.

There are not many cases where there is not a lot to say in a review.
