Fits well. One star removed because it does restrict flow from the sink. But having splash guard does that.

Disclaimer: I received this product to review as part of the Amazon Vine program.I got the 3 3/8” version for my insinkerator and it fits perfectly, so points for that.The downsides?1) The opening is smaller, so the sink doesn’t drain nearly as well as with the original2) The material is much thinner than the original, just trying to stretch one of them out to get it flow better and it torn. Good thing I got the 2 pack. I don’t think it will stand up nearly as well, I got many years out of the original one before it torn.Those two things led me to give it 3 stars overall. I’m just afraid it’s not going to last very long before I have to get another set of them.
