Use the 2 pack and replaced both switches on a controller. Before installing them, there was a noticeable difference in the way they click/ feel/ sound. The less clicky one after it was installed is much more mushy compared to the "good" one. Either way, these work well enough for the cost.

I replaced a Xbox One controller model 1537 shoulder button successfully. I also tried to do the same on an Xbox One controller model1697 and found the head of the button is to thick causing the bumper to hold down the button at all times.I measured this button head and found it to be 1.5mm tall with a diameter of 3.5mm. The 1697 needs a button head to be 1.25mm tall with a diameter of 3.25mm. Do not get this button if you have a 1697 controller.

I had a faulty button on an aftermarket Xbox controller. I desoldered the old button and replaced it with this button. The old button did not have the 4 pins that this one has. When replacing the old button this replacement stuck out a couple mm further than the old one. This did not allow any movement of the button once the controller was put back together.If you are ordering this for a real Xbox controller, it may be fine, but if your controller only has 2 pins, it may not fit properly.

Ordered these to replace one of the bumper tact switches on a model 1537 XBox One controller. Replaced it in a few minutes and I'm back to a working controller.

Worked exactly as needed for my Xbox One X controller. One caveat -- be aware that when you solder them in place that you need to check that the rear two legs are completely inserted in the circuit board. There is enough play when snapped into place that the button assembly can be tipped slightly forward, which prevents them from working as needed.

Package arrived on time and in tact. Bumper was easy to install. Ensure it is positioned correctly for the bumper to function properly. Save the cost of a new controller.

This is not the correct replacement for my xbox one controller. The button was too thick, so the fit wasn't right and the bumper wouldn't work.
