These are a perfect replacement for the original joystick unit and fix the drift in the controller. Replacing it is a different story; you need the right tools like soldering iron, solder wick, mini pliers, etc. and time as it is not straight forward. Instructions can be found on the web. Calculate total cost of all parts needed vs. new controller cost as the latter might be more cost effective.

Ich bin elektrisch ein wenig auf dem laufenden daher war der Einbau jetzt keine schwierige Aufgabe. Wer löten jetzt nicht so beherrscht der sollte sich auf jeden Fall helfen lassen.Die Anleitung ist ein wenig dürftig aber mit einem YouTube Video hat es super geklappt.Und bisher funktioniert es auch super.

Und vom 4ten weiß ich nicht viel da beim dritten Stick der Drift weg war.Hochgerechnet mit den Aufwand lohnt es sich nicht ein 40€ Controller zu reparieren.

Die Sticks laufen smooth, ohne Stickdrift aber nur mit Kalibrierungsfolie. Diese kann man extra bestellen. Ohne die Folie habe ich es nicht probiert. Trotzdem eine Kaufempfehlung von mir, da es auch bei anderen Sticks von anderen Herstellern der Fsll war, diese dann jedoch nicht smooth Sender hakelig liefen.

So this product appears to be the perfect match to repair my XBOX Series X controller. Unfortunately, I was not expecting it to be "work". Once you confirm this is the best option to repair your controller, you need to be aware of some things. This sucker is soldered to a board. Not just any solder gun can work. This thing takes such extreme heat to melt that i was unable to "unsolder"/melt the existing solder. I have never had this issue before. To make matters worse...you have to do this for each prong sticking out and there were like 8-10 of them. A complete nightmare that I never got accomplished.....Swish! These controllers now reside in the city dump. No need to hang on to these parts and its not their fault I could not manage this job. Just be aware of this before you order these "replacement" joystick sensors. It would be far easier to purchase some new ones even though it's cost prohibitive....your mind and body will thank you.

Left one is this product within spec .05 dead center both axis with avg error of 13% , better performance than cheap knockoff on right side

Öncelikle lehim ve montaj-demontaj yapma alışkanlığınız yoksa hiç bu tip ürünleri alıp kumandanızı yanlış bir işten dolayı kullanılmaz hale getirme riskine girmeyin.Bu yorumu yazdığım tarihte (27.11.23) ortalama 250-350 TL karşılığında değişimi yapan tamirciler var.Eğer lehim montaj-demontajı ben yaparım diyorsanız;Xbox kumandanızda herhangi bir yöne doğru otomatik olarak hareket ertme durumu varsa (Controller drift) bu parça aradığınız doğru yedek parça olacaktır.Elinizdeki modele göre seçim yapmaya dikkat etmenizi öneririm (ben EL4 aldım)Kumandanızın ve içerideki sorunlu parçanın demontajı için youtube üzerinden birçok videodan referans alabilirsiniz.Eğer elinizde lehim sökme aleti (ısılı) varsa işiniz çok kolaylaşacaktır. Bazı videolarda hava ısıtıcılı aletler ile demontajlar var, hava ısıtıcı ile söküm teccübeniz yoksa yaparım deyip denememenizi öneririm.Ürün bana ulaşıp değişim yaptıktan sonra 2 aydır kullnamktayım herhangi bir sorun olmadı.Küçük bir kutu içinde geliyor. This was really challenging to install but worth the hassle. I've been testing it with some heavy gameplay for a week or so now and it feels as good as a new. Everything works and keeps working as it's supposed to.

I had purchased a set and changed out the thumbstick on an older controller I was using. One of the thumbstick was defective as I was not getting the full range of motion. Upon sending the email about my issue and the test data from the tests I do for quality control the seller got back to me and we worked out a solution which included replacements. I appreciate a company that can put themselves behind and support their product.

I bought this set of analog sticks to replace an old one that was experiencing some drift for an original Xbox One controller. The first one I put in worked, as in no more drift, but one side was much more sensitive than the other. This was my very first soldering attempt, so I think it might not have been soldered on completely flat to the circuit board, and if you look at the way the joystick covers go on over the analog sticks they need to be precisely lined up otherwise they wont function correctly. I popped off the covers and just moved the sticks themselves and the movement became much more uniform, so I believe that might be a common problem. Either way, I de-soldered the new analog stick and re-soldered on a different one from the pack, this time making sure it was flush to the circuit board and held it firmly while soldering on a couple corner pins. This one works great, it needs to be broken in a bit, but it is within the ballpark of functioning at 100%. As for comparing to the old, original analog sticks, the new ones are the exact same brand ALPS, and look exactly the same. If they aren't OE, its a very well done replica. The screwdrivers were a nice touch, too. As for longevity, I'll update if the new stick starts to go bad.

I've replaced the left thumb stick in my xbox one s controller 3 times with these parts. I know how to solder and do a professional job with installation. Part works as intended for a week or two tops, approximately 10 to 15 hours then failure!. Stick acts like it's in the forward position when it's in the zero or ( center ) position. It takes about an hour to dismantle, de-solder, re-solder, then re-assemble these controllers to install these parts. Not to mention, you risk damaging the circuit board each and every time you have to replace these parts. I will be trying a different manufactured part from here on out and advise others to do the same. For the record, this is not the sellers fault, it's the manufacturer of this particular part that's to blame for a cheaply made product. If I could have selected no stars for a rating I would have done so. But in order to submit this review I had to at least select 1 star.

De-soldering and re-soldering this component on the board takes some serious skill, if your'e using a soldering iron. But it was very quick and easy work with a heat gun. I replaced 3 different joysticks with this method.The only other thing to keep in mind is how long you heat the component for, the heat gun isn't as focused as a soldering iron. I had melted some of the plastic on one of mine, so I had to replace it again.The parts themselves are great. My elite controllers feel nice and tight, just like when they were new. There is no slop or play in the parts right now. I've put in about 20 hours of gameplay on my controller and the stick drift has been eliminated.I would buy this item again.
