Didn't come very sharp and had quite a bur on the edge.Edit: blade snapped on me pretty easily after very very light abuse.

The sticker on the blade is super inconvient and a pain to get off. but the knife works well and is sturdy.

Knife works great, but definitely needs a sheath. Found a 8" bread knife sheath that fits perfectly for a couple bucks shipped.

You should get this tool if you plan to do any insulation. Cuts like butter and you don’t have to worry about a regular box cutter snagging and tearing your insulation

I kept forgetting them on jobs sites or just losing it but I’ve had this 3rd one for a while now and it’s works pretty good, might not hold a good edge but that could be user error.

This batting knife works very well at cutting fiberglass insulation batts. The handle is comfortable to hold. And the blade seems to hold its sharpness well. This knife is definitely worth the price.
