I'll touch on what you get when you order it:One large 40 - 50lb box. It says two people required but I was able to handle it on my own. When you first open it, there's a pair of gloves in a plastic bag affixed to the top. You're meant to wear these while assembling (I didn't). A large instruction cardboard laminated thing with a description of included materials and step by step instructions. A warranty pamphlet is also included. Besides the parts for the chair, there's a small tool for assembly (hex) and a spare bolt. I think it's a spare bolt..It's all packed well even though I had one small imperfection on part of the seat back plastic where it was slightly scratched but not very noticeable. I didn't take a picture of the chair after assembly since it looks the same as the pictures already shown.Tilt back:This won't tilt back unless you've already reclined the seat back some in my experience. The center of gravity doesn't allow the tilt function to work until you recline a fair amount backwards already. I like having a seat that can recline but I don't want to further recline the seat back all the time but I don't have an option with this chair. The tilt function locking mechanism only has two modes - fully upright and locked or unlocked and loose. I had a tall back chair previously that allowed you to lock the tilt at different positions which unfortunately this can't do.Seat back recline:The seat back recline function is controlled by a lever on the right side. One of the more industrial seeming levers I've ever used on a chair. The lever is part of the connection between the seat pan and the seat back. It's not tied into the tilt control mechanism. When pulling the lever backwards, you can feel gears engaging at different points. Without taking it apart I can't say how many positions it can do but it seems generous and holds in place securely once set. It's fairly sturdy and will come back to upright position easily (or even forcefully if you're not applying pressure as you ease it up!). When you have both the seat back reclined and the tilt function unlocked - you get close to a laying flat position which is nice. For me though, my elbows/upper arms are not supported at all when fully reclined and my arms want to hang off the sides as the seat back curves inwards just where my upper arms want to rest. I don't think I'll be laying flat too often and I do like how my arms/elbows aren't restricted while upright. Kind of a wash.Height adjustment:I'm 6'2" with a long torso in relation to my overall proportions. For me, the highest setting on the chair is slightly taller than I need. I dropped it a bit and my feet stay flat so - for a person of my height/proportions, it easily gets tall enough for me to sit comfortably with my feet flat on the ground. My upper body doesn't fit quite as well and it's mainly due to the lumbar support. The included lumbar location is slightly too low for me so this may end up becoming uncomfortable over time as I find myself slouching. My previous chair had an adjustable lumbar that can be positioned at any height with a forward/backward adjustment too (or completely removeable) so this is a step backwards for me in that regard. For the top part of the chair between shoulders and head - I don't feel supported at all. For me, I would require a small pillow to provide more support as leaning backwards puts me at an uncomfortable/awkward position. Not everybody is shaped the same.Armrests:I prefer to keep my arms free and without armrests as these can cause pressure on your arms/shoulders and turn into ergonomic issues. Luckily these push down far enough to slide under my desk and not get in the way of my arms. The padding is firm but still has some give. They're not able to be adjusted to go higher than my desk so if I want to be tucked in close, they have to be at the lowest setting. They arms are bolted underneath with 4 bolts so they look like they can be fully removed to become an armless chair. The top part of the armrest is moveable - angled left or right, it has a few positions it wants to settle into - neutral and two positions to the left or two to the right - sort of. I have to angle them otherwise it does feel kind of tight unless I'm sitting normally (I like to move a leg or two up onto the seat though to sit cross-legged). Better than a standard office chair.Rolling:Seem pretty standard. Nothing too fancy / noteworthy. They work.Comfort:As mentioned, the lumbar could be positioned better for me or removed entirely and added back with a separate cushion - that would be ideal. I'd also like to see a head/neck cushion included for extra comfort. That aside, the seat feels firm but cushy. In comparison, I had a secret labs Titan that I returned because the seat was too firm and uncomfortable. This is definitely more comfortable with more give/spring. It's a little more firm than some office chairs I've had at work but feels decently thick. Better than entry level gaming chairs for sure. The front of the chair has a thicker/wider area that hits an inch or so behind my knees or right at my knees if I'm sitting upright. I can feel some pressure right at the knee which may be a problem. With my other chair, it's a "waterfall" style seat front where it angles downwards with flexing to keep pressure causing discomfort where the knees are. This can be managed with a foot rest which repositions the knee and removes the pressure at that point. It feels comfortable overall though so far.Material:The fabric feels nice and high quality. I prefer this to fake leather because I just don't want to have to condition it and they always fall apart after a few years if you don't. So this chair should hold up better but since it's fabric - any spills become a problem. It's black with green stitching though so it should hide most issues.I'm giving this 4 stars since there are some design decisions that make it less approachable for all body types and a small neck pillow would have been a nice touch. They seem to have one available (a pillow) for this chair but can't determine pricing. One option seems to be $60 to $120 *for a pillow*. That's.. interesting.

Great chair so far very comfortable, set up was easy out of the box. Looks great! Only complaint is how the material attracts hair and lint but other than that it’s great!

This chair is ridiculously nice for $300. I prefer it over my higher end office chairs. I work long hours from home and found it comfortable and surprisingly supportive.Took about 15 minutes to put together and everything is sturdy and made of nice materials. Also smells like a new car. Love it.

This is a really nice quality gaming chair and build pretty well. It is very comforable and quiet, and supports in all the right places. My husband has a Secret Lab chair.... so in comparison to that... I can see why his is an extra $200...This one is nice, but with them side by side, I can see the quality difference. My biggest issue... is how the arm rests can turn in and out... That is actually a really cool feature... however, my husbands can lock in place so they don't move....This Razer brand doesn't have the locking feature, so... especially me being 7 months pregnant with symphysis pubis dysfunction, when I sit down, I need to put my weight on the armrests, and they very easily turn inward, which, if you aren't expecting it, could make you fall or twist your arm.... but even knowing it'll happen, it still is annoying trying to counteract it and then it ends up turning outward instead...Then when getting up, I have to put all my weight on them to stand, and they turn outward everytime.Idk, maybe I should turn them inward before sitting and outward before getting up.... I'll figure something out... (it's not like I'll be pregnant forever hah).So when comparing it to my husbands chair, there are several little features like that where you can see the quality difference....Howeverrr, without comparing, it is a very good quality chair and a good reputable name brand, and I would still recommend it to other people for gaming.... It would just be nice if the armrests didn't turn sssooo willy nilly.

Overall, I have been happy with Razer products I own. My mouse from 2011 still works great. My Blackwidow chroma keyboard from 2018 still works great. I use the Nari wireless headphones daily and they're great. I've always been a Razer fan even though their products may be pricey-er, I do not feel they create an inferior product. I had previously the Iskur leather chair. I was incredibly disappointed with it costing $650 that the welds broke only after 2 years of use. Welds completely snapped, therefore, the chair did not hold its position. I either had to lean back, or lean forward and stabilize myself. I decided I would try the Iskur V2 X, the lowest end product with a warranty incase the same issue occurs again. Set up was very easy and I do like the larger seat base. I am not fat by any means, but the racing style chair of the leather Iskur felt slightly cramped. I notice there is more lumbar support on this chair, however, I am not sure if I like it yet. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because upon assembly, there was a very tiny plastic piece broken. Not worth re-boxing, returning, waiting for refund and ordering another. It's not noticeable, just more mildly irritating after spending $300+ on a chair and it didn't arrive in perfect condition.I will most likely be back to update this in the future. That's all I have for now. So far pretty comfortable and not absolutely hating that I spent $300 on a chair.
