All 100 of the plates are moldy, totally unusable. Mold obviously is from manufacturing problem. No options for refund or return.

Update to my review. The company was quick to respond, and resolve the issue. As stated below plates are strong and beautiful on a dark green tablecloth!Please be aware that your description promises FORKS and knives. Yet what came...twice.. was spoons not forks and caused huge inconvenience to an event I was hosting!.Otherwise the plates were great. Sturdy and attractive.

These plates did the trick. I hosted 11 people for Thanksgiving. They are sturdy and hold lots of food. I loved the fact that they are compostable. I gave them to a friend who composts. So no extra of washing dishes to add to all the other dishes. I will purchase again for other dinner party's. They also looked really nice with my holiday decor. My guests were very impressed. Sorry no pictures, I can't believe I didn't take pictures. I guess I was too busy hosting 11 people.

I got these as a test. If they passed I would get more for outdoor parties. They have passed all the tests I had for them.First, meatloaf. It held up easy with mashed potatoes and corn as well. No issues at all. Lasagne also passed. Leak test also passed with flying colors. I have washed a few of these and reused them. I donโt know if I would do that for a BBQ but good to know they could be reused. The natural resources used for these makes this a win all around. I will buy more no doubt.

I brought these for Father's Day surprise party.Everyone on the table give a BIG thumbs up for the plates, and the bowls. NOT for SPOONS & FORKS. They were very-very-very thin. As you can see from the picture I use different spoons and forks.After we were done with dinner, we went to our garden throwing all the plates and bowls in the composs pile.
