I have to admit I was skeptical, but they passed the big test: I microwaved meals in these and they did just fine, no arcing of any kind. These are pretty lightweight and thin stainless steel, but not low quality, the paint job is good and so long as they aren’t intentionally damaged should last a long time without issue. The set of seven comes with its carrying case and sponge shaped like the mascot of the brand. Overall, these are quality dishes, light but sturdy, personally I would prefer a paint free raw stainless steel option, but I like the army green color as a second.
