Product set is complete. As expected with the cost and practical for beginner. Pyle online tuner not match with the portable tuner but happy with the portable. Big cons is There's a scratch at the back. It is minor but still.

I ordered this guitar for my 15yr old daughter! My teenage son was given a guitar from his Grandfather & my daughter was so jealous & wanted one of her own! She totally loves this fun & nice guitar & all the accessories. This guitar comes ready to play right out of the box…no assembly needed at all. Nice, full-size guitar & the strings are very soft. This guitar has a sweet sound for a beginner guitar! The whole package with the guitar & all the awesome accessories is a wonderful price! The package includes…. the guitar came with a lot for the price. at that value, i definitely would recommend this product. yet, i do have a major complaint as well. one of the items, the 2 months of guitar lessons, as of 6/9/23 has yet to be usable. i followed the directions and i have not received the guitar lessons.UPDATE 6/11/23: the people that offered the guitar lessons reached back out to me but have YET to allow me to redeem the 2 months free lessons! that's kinda misleading bc they don't seem to have any intention on actually giving anyone 2 months of free lessons. they shouldnt mention that in the product at all bc if it wasnt for that i wouldve gave this 5 stars.

Guitar arrived in a triangular box inside of another large rectangular box. No padding in the large box and the small could easily bounce around.After getting it tuned up I played a few chords and thought It seemed at least usable for the price. Then I tried an Fmaj chord and was greeted with a hideous metallic ring. The 3 low strings are completely dead on the first fret. Upon inspection I see there is no truss rod. So no way to adjust that. Upon further inspection I notice cracks on both sides of the neck where it meets the body and around the sound hole. No way to tell if this happened in shipping or was sent like this.I’ve already applied for a refund.I think this is probably a great cheap guitar good for beginners if you get lucky and all the notes are playable on the one you receive.
