My OM-320 arrived in perfect condition- no damages to the box, no cracks or blemishes on the guitar, everything arrived in perfect condition.This is my first guitar, so I wouldn't exactly say I have a sophisticated ear or anything, but once I tuned it the guitar sounded outstanding. I chose the OM body style to learn on because I find Dreadnought bodies to be cumbersome to hold, and I'm happy to report that I made the right choice- This guitar is a beauty to look at with it's solid mahogany top and black banding, it's a joy to play and it's easy to hold!
