The instructions were pretty good. Everything fit well. Recommend a fine sand as I used one for in between bricks and it took a while as the hole is not that big. Takes kicks well and the suction cups seem to work as described. Very happy and the outer part of the bag also seems durable.

This punching bag is incredibly well-built and durable, with excellent stability. I opted to fill it with sand, which provides solid support and can take some good hits. It’s a standing punching bag not a hanging one. So, it’s important to note that it’s not designed to stay upright no matter what. It is ideal for practicing your technique and combos with moderate intensity.I’ve seen some complaints about a plastic smell, but I didn’t experience that. The base did have a slight plastic scent when I first unboxed it, but it faded quickly and hasn’t been an issue since. For those concerned about the cap, mine was included in a separate bag with the other tools. It wasn’t pre-attached to the base, but this isn’t a problem. The bag is firm, offering great resistance for both kicks and boxing combos, and it’s relatively quiet during use. The stability is impressive.It comes with the base, springs, suction cups, black branded gloves, and hand wraps. I didn’t receive the hand wraps, but their customer support was incredibly responsive and quickly helped me. Overall, I’m really happy with this punching bag. It’s great for honing technique and enjoying a solid workout!

Got as an outlet, as well as teaching our child how to fight, the punching bag is amazing, easy to set up, it's sturdy, thick, not cheaply maid, the gloves are not for small hands, so I'd advise getting gloves for your size (if a woman or child). You do fill the base with water, as a 125lb woman you can still move it if need be even while filled, and yes when you use it there's some movement but I've only had to fix it twice. We love it

I love this boxing bag! Instructions were simple to follow for set up AND included the tools (so don't bother telling your boyfriend to bring some over). I bought 3- 50lb bags of sand from home depot to fill the bottom. I thought I could get away with only 2 but a few punches told me I needed the last bag, it didn't all fit but I filled it to the brim! I used a decent funnel and little garden spade to fill the base along with some patience and a tarp because sand still gets everywhere! After that, the stability is great, as you can see this is currently being used on carpet in my apartment. I love that it came with suction cups so I can anchor it that way on the concrete at the new place when I move. Boxing bag is stiff at first so I do recommend before attaching it to jump on it, walk on it & beat it up a little on the floor to help soften it a bit before installing that last step. Came with the added bonus pair of boxing gloves, which I have not tried yet as I prefer a pair I already owned but is a nice touch for others who may not. If you're a shorty like me, do take care when doing leg kicks to get the height you need to hit the bag. The pole beneath is slightly padded but just some cautionary advice. Great value & quality for the price, beats paying the gym fees! 10/10 recommend

Pretty sturdy bag if you put sand in it I put about 180 lbs of sand and it holds up pretty well, my only complaint is I was missing a lug nut from the package of 4 but other than that no complaints for the price

1，The RORALA punching bag with stand received on time.2，Comes with 12OZ PRO-level boxing gloves and a pair of handwraps, surprise me never thought it comes with such good gloves and handwraps really can reduce the chance of being hurt.3，Good performance for daily workouts boxing training, the hardness is fine not too hard or soft, just good feeling when you hit on it with good rebounce.4，The base parcel includes all accessories and user manual, it is quite easy to install within 10 minutes for a rookie user like me.5，Cool unique design, love it. You can't find any bag beat it at such a good price, recommend it to my friends already. We will see who is the first one to step into the next level of boxing ability.

First we filled it with water, my son - 15 yrs. Aged punched it and knocked it down. Then, I purchased 250 pounds of sand, hauled it and spent days pouring it in the tank. My son punch it a few times and knocked it over again. I gave up. I now have a 250 pound sand filled object in my backyard with no way to rid myself of it. The worst purchase I’ve made in 2024.
