I’m really impressed with this punching bag! The material feels durable, and the stitching is solid. It’s easy to fill to my preferred weight, and the included chain and ceiling hook make installation simple. Perfect for boxing, kickboxing, and general fitness training at home. The bag is not filled but it’s super easy to do. Directions and recommendations are included. I opted to fill the bottom portion with sand to add a little weight and I’m glad I did. The quality is decent for the price. Comes with hand wraps but I use my own gloves. Overall, it does exactly what I hoped!

Should be $5 to 15 okay let's be honest sorry 20 bucks tops is way too overpriced. You might as well go and buy a name brand one. Poorly stitched everywhere makes me want to make bags and sell them on Amazon! Once you start punching it if you have powdery insides guess what's popping out!

you can fill this bag with anything you find. ive used grocery bags and old linens as well as some weights to solidify the bag. works well if you get the right fillings!

I don't know if it's just user error, but every time I would use this, the hooks would end up coming off and the bag would fall to the ground.
