This setup is great I have it in my garage it's easy to put up as well as plenty of things for hanging the reps seem a little short for wrapping your hands but still usable of course there's a little more padding in the gloves but overall everything is still excellent

Everything looks amazing, I bought this for my husband's bday in late January. This weekend I watched him put about 100+ lbs of sand and old rags for padding and start using it and the O ring QUICKLY gave way.I'd love to get him a replacement O ring/upper chains, but I hope the seller sees this and does it for us. It says there is a product warranty, but I don't really know how to deal with that, if anyone has ideas, please let me know.Also, I'll happily update the rating after product fixes. Fingers crossed

This punching bag set is a winner, especially for the low price. It comes with everything you would need to be able to mount it to a very sturdy ceiling. Keep in mind that once these bags are filled, they are very heavy. Not just any ceiling can support it. For example, if you live in a mobile home, it is unlikely that your ceiling will be able to hold it up. In which case, I would recommend hanging it from a porch with a roof maybe. One with sturdy beams to mount this from. Basements are ideal as well because you can usually find a sturdy area for hanging. The alternative is to get a stand, which can be purchased for $100+, and they do a great job supporting these bags. If you have never filled a bag before, definetly look up how to do that because you can't just fill them with anything. Some believe you should fill them with sand, and that is not a good idea. Sand in the bottom and them filled in throughout some other type of filling is good. But if you fill it completely with sand, it will be as hard as a rock. So Google punching bag filling how to, and follow those guides. Overall, I would recommend this bag set because you can't beat it for the price and everything included.
