I’m really happy with this standing punching bag for adults! It’s durable, stable, and perfect for a full-body workout. The base fills easily with water, and it stays in place even during intense punches. The bag itself is well-made and provides great resistance. It’s also easy to set up and doesn’t take up much space. A great option for anyone looking to practice their punches or get in a solid workout at home! Highly recommend!

I have had hanging fabric punching bags, in fact it's the only kind of punching bag I've ever purchased or owned. Unactually it is my preference. But I found this, and due to a lack of ability to hang a hanging bag, I found this to be a potential substitute. But I did not hold out a whole lot of hope or confidence in it's Ability to not only handle punches and Kicks but also to actually be heavy enough AND last. I was wrong about all of it. Though it is still obviously not top of the line, it is an impressive punching and kicking bag that both adult and child can use effectively. I would suggest sand as what to put in your base. You are much less likely to have a terrible, enormous, messy, watery accident to clean.

I don't really have anywhere to hang up a traditional punching bag, so being able to set this up on the floor is the next best thing. While it's not as weighty as a swinging bag, the material is tough and it stands up to hits, and does feel responsive to your punches.

We opted to set this up in our inside gym so we filled the base of the unit with sand. The setup was very easy and quick. With the sand it’s very sturdy.

This is a really nice - multi use punching bag - can be used as a traditional boxing bag or as a kick boxing bag - has a little bit of sway for realism and is heavy enough it doesn't bounce all over. Good height for younger kids. This was a good choice and I'm pleased with it!
