Works very well. I use it daily due to health issues. It’s been with me at the hospital and match the info on their monitors. Great quality item.

Pulse Oximeter is a great tool for monitoring oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate. The continuous monitor feature is super helpful when I want to keep track of my SpO2 levels throughout the day. It's compact, easy to use, and the rechargeable battery is a huge plus, saving me from constantly buying new batteries. My only complaint is that it occasionally gives slightly inconsistent readings when I'm moving around, but overall, it works well for most situations.I’ve been using this Pulse Oximeter for a few weeks now, and I am very happy with its performance. The device is lightweight and very easy to use – just place it on your finger, and it gives an instant reading. The continuous monitor function is perfect for keeping track of my blood oxygen levels over extended periods. The rechargeable feature is very convenient, and I love that it doesn’t require constant battery replacement. Great value for the price!I am thoroughly impressed with this Pulse Oximeter. It is super easy to operate, and the display is clear and easy to read. The continuous monitoring is a game-changer, as I can check my oxygen saturation levels multiple times a day without worrying about the device running out of battery. I also appreciate that it’s rechargeable, which makes it more environmentally friendly than disposable battery models. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a reliable and accurate oximeter. This ring is a great tool for home monitoring your o2 levels overnight. Basically a home sleep monitor. Vital tool when you have constricted sleep apnea or other respiratory issues. I use this ring once a week to make sure my CPap & oxygen concentrator prescribed by my Dr are doing their job and set properly. You can use it every night if you choose though. Just to test it, I didn’t use my o2 machine one night and it definitely showed my o2 levels tanking in the low 80’s. Same as what my 3 clinical sleep studies showed. So I know the results are accurate. I showed my Dr this and he was pretty impressed with it. No, this isn’t a clinical sleep study, nor should you make any medical decisions based on this tool. It’s Just a great in-home tool to MONITOR your o2 / pulse rate yourself to make sure the care you’re receiving from a licensed professional isn’t changing between visits. Basically just a peace of mind.It worked for the first few months, but as time went on the low oxygen warnings became more and more frequent. I have checked my sp02 with a regular oximeter and the difference was over ten points or more. The flexible part of the ring has become stretched out over time and the ring has became more and more loose on my finger. It is now to the point the ring is completely inaccurate especially while I am sleeping.Loving the information provided, seems to be accurate with my sleep, study. Easy to wear & the app is simple. Love that I can export the data to excel too.kept trying to get into the Doctor with no success but when I finally spoke to a nurse at the Dr. office she immediately sent me to the ER. Hooked up to an EKG when the O2Ring repeatedly showed spikes over 200 BPM the EKG was showing a nice consistent normal heart rate of between 100-115 (while in ER there were many incidents of the O2Ring going nutsSmall and with excellent portability. Even if you want the keychain but you risk scratching the screen. It seems to work very well. The functionality through the free dedicated app is also excellent. The price is a bit high but if this is to save your driving license and avoid accidents, the shopping may be worth it.

It's impossible to continuously monitor pulse ox overnight. The device keeps powering off every 1-2 hrs even when the fingertip sensor is securely attached. The sensor is quite tight and uncomfortable if you wear it on your finger for several mins.Update:Spot checking works great. Nice screen display.

This little gem is just what I ordered! I have grandbabies and when they get sick, before rushing them to the dr. I check how they are doing so that we can try to fix the issue at home first. Had enough kids and went to school to be an MA so having the right equipment at home saves time and money. Also gives me accurate information to tell the doctor when we do have to take them.

Shuts off after an hour of being on unless it’s plugged in/on its base which can’t be for an infant in a crib who rolls.Takes forever for it to read accurate readings and jumps all over the place. Any kind of movement makes it very in accurate results.Very expensive for what it is.App does not work well. Connection is spotty, not very many settings/options/alerts.Pros:Good for traveling, battery stays well charged, packaged decent, quality is 6/10

Kinda skeptical about accuracy due to how the unit lags when first placed it reads as in a normal range and then falls drastically then fluctuates for about 30 seconds high low high low then finally stablizes. This was purchased for my twins that were born prematurely I am looking at purchasing another device elsewhere due to I can't risk my children's health in case this is a defective unit
