After a month, they seem to want a subscription. Wouldn't load data from the device to my phone. I deleted and re-downloaded the app. Went guest mode, working now. For how long?

I really like this product. It does as it is supposed to. My doctor was impressed that I could show him how my daily pulse ox is doing. I plan on getting the pulse ox ring at a later date so I can monitor my nighttime pulse ox as I am now on oxygen at night.

Easy installation. Paired with phone on first try. Using for monitoring heart rate during exercise, and for sleep monitoring. You can set an alarm for low blood oxygen, and heart rate too low or high. Instructions for use were only so,so, but set up was pretty self explanatory. Did have to charge before using. This device monitors and records over time, so you can monitor an entire nights sleep and get statistics. I have a previous finger blood ox meter, but it was so touchy to finger position. This one has worked all the time, so far. Will not work with exercises where your fingers are in use.

Great product with good customer support. I initially had a problem with download to a pc, but the support team resolved that quickly for me. With the phone app it was easy to set up. So this product can be easily used to detect drops in O2 saturation during sleep, and look at the graphic display the next day.

After a brief hospital stay there were questions about some bad blood oxygen levels. I purchased this oximeter so I could record oxygen levels while I slept. I used a retired iPhone for the app. I started with a fully charged fingertip oximeter and left it on for the night. In the morning, I transferred the data to the app via Bluetooth. The shows min/max, levels over time etc. This product fit my needs perfectly.

Very disappointed, somebody had already used the product and couldn’t be bothered to return the complete product. The users guide is missing. I did not buy a pre-used product, paid full price for a used product! The items were just hap hazardly places in the box. I cannot even determine if it is functional without the users guide.
