It's hard to believe how accurate this O2 meter is. It's super inexpensive and every time I use it I check it against 2 other I have and it's spot on. I took it to my Dr appt and it's as accurate and theirs.

I choose this brand when I buy pulse oximeters, a necessary medical equipment for my medical condition. I’ve bought two so far and undoubtedly will buy another. What great technology these are! You get your heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in easy-to-see readings. Takes batteries but they last a long time in this product. Turns on with the push of a button, gives the readings fast and then once off your finger, turns off automatically. And it comes with a durable, long ribbon style cord if you want to wear it around your neck. It helps keep track of it, too. I highly recommend.

I bought this after having my second round of Covid. It was a light case but it left me with a lingering cough. I bought this just for peace of mind to know it was not diminishing my oxygen intake. It works fine and was worth the price.

I have tried other oximeters. Some of which are more expensive. I keep coming back to this one. It does not have extra features, but the accuracy is great. Others do not always work, particularly on cold fingers. I like to keep a few around. The first one I bought was 2 1/2 years ago, and still works after constant use.

The readings are not accurate and variable. Tested against an older unit we have which we've validated accurate compared to two doctor office units. This unit varies and all readings are off 1-3% on oxygen level and 0 - 3 off on pulse beats per minute.Waited for a doctor visit to confirm this unit directly and readings were still off just as with our other unit, same errors. So tried to return and Amazon or the supplier only give a range of things to try (all tried and no help on this unit) but not allow for a return even after I tried all fixes. The support website doesn't allow for a return either - just more of the same things to try again for the cause of the problems - which is the unit itself.Terrible customer service from seller and Amazon. I'll continue to try for a return...

This device will monitor your oxygen level and pulse by applying the clip to your finger tip. The clip is not tight. Reads very quickly. If you have poor circulation in your fingers or your hands are very cold, this may not work as well. The display is large and easy to read.A great device to have around the house for anyone with chronic respiratory conditions (for example, COPD, asthma) for a quick check. Especially useful if you live in an area with off and on smog, wildfires/smoke, etc.

The feature I neglected to consider when I purchased this was the direction of the display. If the intended use is to test yourself you might want a unit in which the display is oriented toward you. This one orients the display away from you which is great if a second person will be reading it, not so much for self-use.I knocked one star off the rating because of accuracy issues. I do not have callus, burns, scars or other issues that should interfere with the readings, yet they vary widely across fingers and across repeated readings on the same finger. I compared to the one in my doctor's office which reads much more consistently. I realize this is at the low end of the price range so something less than 5 stars would be expected. Good for what it is, but don't expect hospital quality.
