Reviewing: Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Fast & High-precision SpO2 Measurement, Blood Oxygen Saturation & Pulse Rate Monitoring, Rotatable OLED Screen with Large Fonts (Black & White)I got this to check my blood oxygen level and pulse rate and it seems to work well. The readings begin to display quickly after turning it on and inserting a finger. I like that it shows a heart monitor chart and only requires pressing one button once to function. I also liked the display can be adjusted different directions and the device shuts off automatically. The model I got does have a history function for statistics, though I haven't used it yet. The device also functions consistently, unlike some others I've seen which lose contact if you move.Comes with 2 AAA batteries which should last a while. It would be even more convenient if rechargeable instead.I compared readings to another oximeter and this one seems accurate.

havin spent so much time in addenbrookes over the last five years, I do try to get item slike these to assist in keeping me fit and healthy, and keeping an eye on where levels should be, and now they seem to be using these in the hospital, I thought I would get one of these myself, and low and behold, one popped up on the Amazon Vine program, so I grabbed it quickly, as they tend to go quickly.Once it arrived it was checked for accuracy, speed and ease of use, and it was perfect on all aspects, I tried it against one I had previously, which is now nearly as old as me, LOL, and it was spot on the same, the accuracy was quite spooky, this gave me reassurance that this new one was as good as anything I already had here, the functionality of the unit was also good, with easy to operate instruction.it now gets used daily to make sure I am still alive, LOL, and it gives great reassurance that it is very accurate, and it does not matter how much it would or did cost, as this for me at any price is value for money, I am more than happy to give my full recommendation to this Yohcuro Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Fast & High-precision SpO2 Measurement, Blood Oxygen Saturation & Pulse Rate Monitoring, Bright OLED Screen with Large Fonts (Black & White).

I thought this Yohcuro pulse oximeter was a pretty good item.As someone with asthma this is super handy to have around my home to check my Oxygen. After trying this out I can tell you all it is a good quality item, worked well, and the included directions were easy to understand. It arrived to me in good condition and was packaged well. This device allows you to do a quick read to check oxygen levels and I appreciated how fast it gave me results. It has a digital read out display, that was easy to see and use, I found this comfortable while on my finger and it stayed on well. Included is a feature that provides auto shut off which I thought was nice; it will help save the power on those batteries.I currently have another similar pulse oximeter in a different brand and that one allows you to wear it while you are sleeping; it has an alarm that will sound if your oxygen falls to low. I was disappointed to see that was not an option with this one. This pulse oximeter takes 2 triple AAA batteries, and while the batteries were included I would have liked to see a charging option which it did not have. For the two big reasons I have spoken about above is what knocked this item down from 5 stars to 4 today.

When my dad was in hospice, he had a pulse oximeter that the entire family would use when we would sit and visit with him. I use my phone and smart watch to monitor my heart rates but I have been thinking of getting one for myself, to keep better track of my health. I ordered this version up and it arrived in a few days. The kit arrived with the oximeter in a bag, along with instructions, a lanyard, and batteries. A quick read of the instructions explained how it all worked, with a short press or long press of the button has various functions, with the long press getting you to a menu, which is pretty easy to navigate. I like the fact that the screen is large, bright, and easy to read. After you take the oximeter off your finger, the display shuts off after a few moments. There is also an option to have the read out show on the side, or to show as you look down on the oximeter. Within the settings, you can store data and see statistics, along with changing brightness, sounds, a high and low settings.Overall, I am really happy with this device although I am not sure how long the battery will last but I hope that the device overall will last for a long time. The oximeter is also priced about average compared to others and I would recommend this option.

This pulse oximeter is easy to use and seems to work reliably. It does seem to have some issues reading from cold fingers that other oximeters dont have issues with, for example after a run in freezing temperatures this unit refuses to take a reading. It identifies that a finger is inserted/removed but will not read SPO2 or pulse while another unit reads both immediately.

This is one of the first things that gets checked when I go to see the doctor (after weight of course). The nurse is always announcing my weight but doesn't seem to care too much about this test. So it is nice to be able to check it at home.I knew that you could buy these because I had bought one for my parents during the pandemic, for their self-health check, in case of illness. To me, these home devices offer peace of mind if you are coming up with constant results and office visits are going well. The lights are bright enough to read results. It works as it should and is quick about it. I thought it was funny you could adjust the orientation of the results - as I accidentally did that several times before I got the hang of it and chose one.

A great little device that is easy to use and gives accurate readings quickly - very handy for keeping check of your health.I liked how simple this was to operate - a single button switches the oximeter on and it takes the reading automatically. You can quick press the button to rote the screen view to make it easier to read and long press the button to enter the menu to adjust various settings if needed. Readings for both blood oxygen levels and pulse rate are comparable to readings on my smart watch, and in line with recent measurements taken at a visit to my GP so I'm happy with the accuracy of the device too.AAA batteries are included and thanks to the auto shut down function, they should hopefully last a good while.

The Yohcuro Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is a good addition to health tools. The package includes the oximeter, 2 AAA batteries, and a lanyard for convenience. It gives fast and precise readings for blood oxygen levels and pulse rate. The adjustable, bright OLED screen is easy to read, and the auto shut-off feature helps save battery life. You can adjust the views of the screen to match how you would like to read the information. When the value is low, it beeps to warn you. Compared to my existing SPo2 meters, it’s within 1% of each other. This device works well for its price at about $16. This meter does not detect fingers inserted into the meter and turn on, which my existing unit does. My usual practice is to take some measurements when one is not sick.

We have other pulse oximeters and find that this 'Yohcuro Fingertip Pulse Oximeter' provides a read out much more quickly that we are used to. It clips on the finger firmly and comfortably and provides more info in the display than we have on the others. The profusion index is new for us and useful information. The oximeter comes with detailed instructions about the many options you can use by setting things up in the menu. One that is super useful is to keep a record of while wearing it overnight. Super useful to check on oxygen values and the potential for hypoxia. The instructions show a value you shouldn't exceed, with instructions to go to the doctor if your overnight reading exceeds that value. That makes this an inexpensive screening device in my opinion.

The fingertip Pulse Oximeter is a nifty little device that makes checking your blood oxygen levels and pulse rate both quick and painless. It’s compact, user-friendly, and doesn’t mess about—batteries are included (a rare win in the world of gadgets). The bright OLED display is easy to read, and you can even rotate it to match your viewing angle, which is oddly satisfying. That said, the battery compartment is a bit of a faff—getting the back on might test your patience, and the “both batteries face the same way” setup feels like a sneaky IQ test. Accuracy-wise, it holds its own compared to pricier models, but the readings can take a moment to stabilise. At this price point, it’s a great option for home health monitoring, though rechargeable batteries would’ve been the cherry on top.Pros: - Includes batteries—no frantic drawer rummaging required. - Clear, bright OLED display with adjustable orientation. - Compact and portable for easy storage or travel. - Soft silicone fit accommodates both kids and adults.Cons: - Battery compartment is fiddly, and the setup is unconventional. - Initial readings may take a few seconds to settle. - Doesn’t offer advanced analysis features found in higher-end models.Final verdict: A reliable and affordable oximeter for everyday health checks, but be ready for a minor wrestling match with the battery cover!

Yohcuro fingertip pulse oximeter. This was on sale for £15.99 when I got it. It uses 2xAAA batteries, which are included. Press the button on the front, pop it onto your finger and it reads really quickly. You can press the button on the front to rotate the display up, right, down or left, however you wish to use it.The only thing that bothers me is the text on the box saying “not for medical use.” I’m not planning on using it for decoration!

Although the initial SpO2 reading was stuck at 99%, it took around three minutes to settle down to an accurate reading of 97%. I'm not sure if this is typical of this model but I have a similar device to this Yohcuro Pulse Oximeter and it always shows an accurate reading within a few seconds. This device is supplied with two AAA 1.5V batteries. I always keep a couple of spares in the box because it can be many months between uses.I noticed that the lower rubber insert is easily removed for cleaning with IPA.The budget model I ordered does not have the statistics analysis option which would have been useful.Unfortunately, there are many factors that can affect the reliability of the readings so it's always best to seek expert advice before taking action based on your own measurements.
