  • PTM7950 Thermal Pad - PTM7950 is a thermally conductive filler material that softens at 45-55°C. Thermally conductive phase change materials have the special characteristic of softening and micro-flowing after absorbing heat, and then recovering to solid shape after cooling.
  • Superior Heat Dissipation - PTM7950 is a proprietary material with a longer service life and better results than traditional thermally conductive pastes. The excellent reliability (baked at 150˚C for 1000 hours, T/C-B for 1000 cycles) and low thermal resistance (<0.04˚Ccm2/W @ no pads) make the PTM7950 series ideal for high-performance integrated circuit devices.
  • Low Resistance - The PTM7950 is based on a new polymer PCM system that provides excellent interfacial wettability over the typical operating temperature range, resulting in meager surface contact resistance. Better suited for high-performance laptops and computers.
  • Product Specifications - Dimensions are 80x80x0.2mm with a phase change temperature of 45°C and a thermal conductivity of 8.5 W/m.K. The PTM7950 is available in a range of sizes to meet the requirements of the PTM7950 series.
  • Package Included - 1 x PTM7950 Thermal Pad (80x80x0.2mm), 1 x Cleaning Brush, 1 x Phillips Screwdriver, 1 x Easy-tear sticker, 1 x Spatula, 4 x Cleaning Wipe, 5 x Finger gloves.

To thin to peal off. Kept tearing so I threw the junk in the garbage.

I used this set on my MSI laptop to reapply thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. It worked exactly as I needed it to. It was easy to use and worth the price. My gaming laptop is now back up and running at normal temperatures without any issues.

This is a nice kit. I used it on a 12900K and the temperature dropped 4c.

Only used in a hardware nodded switch so far. Keeps that thing cool even overclocked, easy install. Time will tell on longevity, but zero complaints for these two months so far, and plenty left. Great price at the time of purchase and easy to cut and work with.

I got this to try in my Steam Deck. After applying the PTM7950 the thermals dropped 7-8C and there was a huge reduction in fan speed.I will say this stuff is not easy to work with. Before cutting and applying the pad I recommend putting it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. I had it rip on me really easily when at room temperature.I found the tools that this comes with to be pretty much useless. I the only thing I used was the alcohol wipe. The stickers are to help peel away the backing on the pad. I just used the tip of my x-acto knife I used to cut the pad. The screwdriver and finger cots I get but I'm baffled as to why a paintbrush and spatula are included.I don't know if this is authentic Honeywell PTM7950 but it does the job well for the Steam Deck.

I have a reference 6900xt, they have a thermal interface pad that's supposed to never go bad but it's not the best at keeping temperatures in check, it's always had a 30-35 degree delta between the hotspot and core and you could max out it's temperature during heavy testing and it would have to throttle. After applying this the hotspot never gets more than a 28 degree difference under heavy load, not a huge improvement there but it is better. The big improvement is in the overall temps, it lowered operating temps by 10 degrees at least and you can easily tell because the fans don't ramp up as high as they used to and it doesn't hit the point where it throttles under heavy testing now.I don't know if this stuff is the real deal or not but it absolutely works. You have to be patient when working with it, it tears easily and sticks when it touches a surface, make sure you place it exactly on the first try. You can cool it off in the fridge but that effect doesn't last long. If you see some air bubbles after applying they'll probably work their way out, or you can take the pointy edge of a razor blade and just barely stab the middle of the bubble, then very lightly tap around the edges of the bubble and it will flatten out nicely. Just take your time with this stuff and you'll get good results and not have to worry about repasting again.Edit: After about 2 weeks of temperature cycles it performs even better, I never hear the fan from the gpu now, I limit it's fps but it was definitely noticeable before where now the fan doesn't need to ramp up in speed to keep the gpu cool.
