1. To ensure more comfort, please wear a T-shirt or shirt before wearing this back brace posture corrector.
2. At the first several times, you may feel a little uncomfortable while wearing this posture brace. Don't worry, it is normal, as it is correcting your posture. Several days later, you will adapt to it.
3. Please don't tie this posture support too tightly at first several days, you can gradually increase the strength after you adapt to it.
4. For best results, we suggest you can start wearing this back straightener for 15-20 minutes per day at begining, then gradually extend the wearing time when you adapt to back support brace.
5. Please don't wear this back support belt while you are doing strenuous exercise, such as playing football, basketball or you are sleeping.
6. This upper back support is washable, and we recommend hand-washing to prevent stretching from the machine.

This is a great product for helping improve my son’s posture. I get him to wear it about 1-2 hours everyday and it quickly has helped. When he doesn’t wear it he knows how to hold his shoulders. We will keep using this to train those muscles.

I got the Professional Posture Corrector for my son, thinking the size chart would be spot-on. Turns out, it was too big for my 10-year-old. Material's great, though. Overall, not bad, but double-check sizes, especially for kids.

This is the best back brace that I’ve tried out so far. It’s much sturdier than others since the back portion is a solid “panel structure” rather than simply a thicker piece of fabric. Also, the straps sit very comfortably on shoulder-feels exactly like putting on and wearing an empty backpack (but lighter and stays in place). Definitely recommend this over any of the flimsy fabric ones. I felt like those acted more like a reminder to pull back/down shoulders and straighten my back, but didn’t physically facilitate better posture. This one actually helps me in correcting my posture and then maintaining.

Now a days kids are using to much mobiles and tab as a result it impacts their posture due to continues looking down at screen. To avoid any future problem, I ordered this for my kid so as to give support in his posture while watching tab. I can see a change in his posture specially during screen time apart from other remedial measure I took.It’s a good product and I would recommend it to my friends and family

My husband began wearing the posture corrector for about 20 minutes a day. In the weeks that followed he was able to wear it for longer periods of time morning and night. What a difference it has made. His back is straighter and he is now more aware of his posture when he does not wear the brace. His biggest complaint is the band at the front of his shoulders is thick and he is not a big guy so after a while his arm pits hurt. Other than that, the brace is comfortable to wear. We definitely recommend it for people wanting better overall posture!

The first time I used this product, I felt immediate relief. I knew I needed to order an extra one. The posture corrector fit perfectly in the area that was most stressed along the middle of my upper spine and lower neck. It created discomfort and a tired feeling for lack of muscle support. Can't wait to go and purchase one for a close family member who is complaining about her posture and how she finds herself becoming round shouldered and forgetting to stand erect when she is working filling prescriptions, always looking down because of having to use the telephone and computer during her entire shift. Once I put this item on, I felt so much better and it corrected my posture. Within minutes, the lower back pain vanished. Oh what a relief!!!

Review: Professional Posture Corrector for Women and Men, Spine and Back Support Fully Adjustable etcGood support, but the straps are wayyyy too narrow and have no padding support. I found them to be so uncomfortable, that I could not keep this on for more than a few minutes. If you want to rig some padding under the straps, that might solve the problem. But, hey, you just paid to have a product you can wear comfortably, right? I would have to suggest passing on this one unless you are up for modifying it.

Brace was too small and did not work well for my 13 year old son. I will try a different size.
